Job Description
- Analyze retailer sell-through results based on weekly sales data and recaps.
- Analyze opportunities and risks at the style level during pre-season, in-season, and post-season and provide recommendations for in-season changes and pre-season assortment plans to ensure maximization of sales.
- Manage inventory accuracy, excess inventory, slow moving and aging inventory, and coordinate corrective actions in a timely fashion.
- Prepares reports to track inventory assessment, communicates store inventory concerns proactively, assists in developing and executing a recovery plan as required.
- Develop strategic partnerships with top customers, Supply Chain (Supply and Demand Planning), and Customer Forecasting key contacts with a focus on improving customer forecast accuracy and ensuring proper inventory replenishment to maximize sales and retail in-stock conditions, while ensuring inventory efficiency and supply reliability.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, supply chain management or related field.
- 5 – 10 years of sales operations, sales solutions, forecasting, and/or inventory management experience.
- Strong analytical, problem solving, and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excel, Salesforce, SQL relational databases and BI tools like Power BI.
Salary Range: $100,000-$150,000
