Responsibilities
The Sales Operations Associate is responsible for delivering sales support to the Professional Sales Organization and specifically, to the Finance as a Service practice within Digital Solutions. This role works closely with the FaaS Customer Success team, PSO Business Development teams, FaaS Professional Services & Delivery, the FaaS Sage Intacct Support department and other PSO sellers. The Sales Operations Associate is an individual contributor role primarily responsible for executing tasks and processes related to the subscriptions & services business of the FaaS practice. In this role you will be responsible for facilitating the client life cycle, maintaining the integrity of the process for our customers from the initial sales engagement to post-delivery relationship management.
Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain regular cadence of communication with key subject matter experts on sales and delivery teams to confirm accuracy and facilitate the integrity of the sales cycle between Marketing, Business Development, Sales, Customer Success, and Delivery.
- Facilitate multiple meetings and consolidate critical information on action items.
- Support integrity of all transactions, price books, and products in Salesforce.
- Generate reporting and analysis including sales pipeline, dashboards, and other sales metrics.
- Identity operational and data gaps, locate root causes, and participate in solution planning.
- Build, review, and approve high volume sales quotes, opportunities, and projects.
- Maintain sales document templates and tool library within SharePoint.
- Verify and validate accuracy on vendors invoices and client billings.
This position will be remote, working in Pacific Time Zone.
Qualifications
- 2+ years’ experience in a sales support role, ideally in a subscription-based business model.
- Knowledge of the steps of the sales cycle in Software-as-a-Service offering
- 1+ years’ experience in Salesforce.
- 1+ years’ experience and/or exposure to formatting complex sales documents including order schedules and statements of work.
- Advanced computer skills including superior proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
- Confident in ability to multitask and follow through effectively with multiple projects at a time.
- The ability to adapt quickly to change with a positive attitude.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize while working independently.
- Proven written and oral communication skills.
Additional Information
For California, Colorado, New York and Washington: The compensation range for this role is $51,910 to $110,030. Actual compensation is influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to skills, experience, qualifications, and geographic location.
