Sales Operations Analyst

Job Summary:
OpenEye is seeking an experienced and driven Sales Operations Analyst to join our growing team at our Liberty Lake, WA location. The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of sales processes and tools. As a Sales Operations Analyst, you will be responsible for optimizing Sales Operations, providing insights to drive sales growth, and supporting the sales team in achieving their targets. Our Sales Operations Analyst will work onsite in our Liberty Lake, WA headquarters and reports to our Sr. Manager, Revenue Operations.

Role and Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain sales reports, dashboards, and KPIs to monitor sales performance and identify trends.
  • Analyze sales data to identify opportunities for process improvements, increased efficiency, and revenue growth.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies, goals, and initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure accurate forecasting and pipeline management.
  • Manage and maintain the CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
  • Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor strategies, and potential business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, finance, and product development, to support the sales team's objectives.
  • Provide training and support to the sales team on sales tools, processes, and best practices.
  • Assist in the preparation of sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field. Or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Sales Operations, business analysis, or a similar role.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce). Experience with BI tools such as Power BI a strong plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Detail-oriented and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of the video security industry is a plus.
  • Other duties as assigned.

  • The pay range for this opportunity is $65,000 - $80,000 annually.
