Infoblox is seeking an Operations Analyst Intern to join our Customer Analytics team onsite in Tacoma, WA. The ideal intern will live in the Seattle/Tacoma metro area and work onsite at our Tacoma Center of Excellence office. The Operations Analyst Intern will help the team to accelerate the strategic programs from development to execution. They will be a high-performing team player responsible for gathering data requirements, building processes, and driving projects to completion. Working within Customer Success and Customer Analytics and cross-functionally with Professional Services, Renewals, Support, Product, Sales, Enablement, and IT - this role is highly collaborative. It will provide an opportunity to see how organizations approach collaboration and partnership internally to accomplish goals and objectives. Additionally, it's an opportunity to experience innovative approaches to customer improvement through data-driven outcomes.
The Customer Analytics team drives business metrics and delivers operations for the Global Customer Success team. The teams work closely to drive customer engagements and improve outcomes for both our customers (all segments) and Infoblox itself. It is a fast-paced, fail-fast, ask-questions, continuing-to-iterate team gaining visibility across the entire company.
You're the ideal candidate if you are highly organized, driven to collaborate across teams, operate independently, and are strategy and/or process driven.

While we may be working remotely from different locations, collaboration and teamwork is built into all we do. This is a paid, full-time 40 hours per week internship that could lead to a permanent full-time position post-graduation.

What You'll Do:
- Maintain a standard operating procedure documentation for all programs developed and in progress today
- Assist in the development of data aligning to customer value pillars for customer engagements
- Contribute innovative ideas to new and existing data-driven programs
- Build new processes and develop improvements to current programs
- Document all changes and updates to any programs in our playbooks and with the Analytics team
- Report on the progress of data-driven programs and projects in flight - present at staff calls and other internal meetings as required
- Contribute to the development of meaningful insights, both internal and external facing These insights will help others do their jobs better and potentially help customers realize the value of Infoblox products
- Actively look for the intersection of business and technology
What You'll Bring:
- Comfortable using data to drive decisions (advanced Excel skills)
- Organized with good time management skills
- Ability to manage projects and maintain deadlines
- Ability to communicate priorities and deadlines to stakeholders
- Capable of dealing with ambiguity and attempting to solve problems independently
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite - particularly PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook
- Advanced MS Excel skills required
- Ability to create content from existing materials (repurpose / transform)
- Comfortable presenting on Zoom meetings
- Eager to learn new products/programs.
- Accountable self-starter who can be trusted to take initiative
- Live in Seattle/Tacoma Metro area
Education:
- Junior or Senior year student pursuing a Bachelors Degree in Business, Business Operations, Business Administration, Analytics, Statistics, or similar
