Description:
We are in immediate need for Sales & Marketing Coordinator for our San Jose office to assist our high tech clients such as Google, Facebook, Microsoft, and others helping them for the most advanced technologies such as 5G, AI/Client, IOT, AR/VR, Cloud, etc.
This is a Fulltime FTE W2 opportunity with good base pay, plus commission and full benefit package to include PTO, Holiday pay, 401K, Insurance and more.

Must be Local
Smart, energetic individual with the following with a desire to learn and advance
Extrovert with excellent communication skills
3-5 yrs experience in administrative and/or office coordinator and/or customer office/sales role
o Will consider up to 7 yrs experience for right candidate looking to expand their career
Must have LinkedIn experience and ability to connect/interact with potential clients on LinkedIn
Hands on experience with any CRM in office/company environment
Responsible for maintaining our CRM with updated email address, sending mass email etc.
Assisting with, and at, our conferences attracting booth traffic
Good experience in Excel, Word, and basic Microsoft products
Miscellaneous general administrative experience is needed
