Sales Manager

As the Sales Manager, your primary responsibility will be to lead and support the sales team in achieving the company's annual sales targets, gross profit, and EBITDA goals. You will need to have proven managerial experience, exceptional communication and negotiation skills, and a track record of success in sales. Additionally, your duties will include designing strategic sales plans, assessing costs and margins, expanding the company's market presence, building and maintaining customer relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
To excel in this role, you should possess:
- Bachelors degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a relevant field.
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Knowledge of the construction industry would be beneficial.
- Familiarity with Salesforce is strongly preferred.
- Strong analytical skills, excellent written and verbal communication abilities, and the ability to solve complex problems.
- Strong leadership and project management skills are necessary to effectively manage and develop your sales team.
You must be self-motivated, able to multitask, and thrive in a timeline-driven environment. A strong sense of urgency, along with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively, is important. You should also prioritize the safety of yourself and your team members, follow safe work practices, and adhere to any necessary personal protective equipment requirements.
The role allows for remote work 80% of the time, with less than 20% travel required. You will report directly to the General Manager. The company offers an attractive compensation package and benefits.
