Sales Manager

Job Summary:
Closets by Design Charlotte is seeking a Full Time, Salaried Sales Manager to join our team in order to help manage the franchise operation and promote our products & services. Reporting directly to the Franchise Owner, the Sales Manager will develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue goals. Responsibilities:

• Lead, develop and direct an in-home sales team.
• Interview, hire and train salespeople.
• Facilitate training in both one-on-one and group settings.
• Results driven toward achieving goals.
• Understand and know how to motivate a Sales Team.

Requirements:

• 2 - 5 years minimum - managing sales teams.
• Personal sales background of at least 5 years with a proven track record
• Commitment to following our proven, successful sales model.
• Positive attitude towards achievement
• Great communication, organization, and coordination skills
• Experience working with consumers.
• Retail sales and management a plus
