Net Insight's solutions make it possible for you and millions of other viewers around the globe to take part in the largest live broadcast events, delivering our robust platform. Since 2021, we build a new business unit for Synchronization which is expanding rapidly. The solution is built out of our own patented TV distribution synchronization product called Time Transfer. Our sync platform is called Zyntai.
Synchronization is already making success for 5G world-wide. So far we have published our 5G wins with Türk Telekom, Tre (Three) in Sweden, a large nationwide operator in Canada through our partner Geartech, a test project with a nationwide operator in USA, Teracom Sweden, a critical network (government) in Western Europe, plus 22 nationwide TV-networks using the same solution with identical requirements. ABOUT THE POSITION
As a Sales ManagerNorth America, you will be part of our Sales team for our new product area Synchronization. Your focus is to build a substantial network and relations with both customers and internally at Net Insight. The role is to work closely with both Technical Sales Managers and customers to understand the Customer's unique technical environment. The Sales Manager also acts in a consultative fashion, and both the account team and the customers will see you as an expert and trusted technical advisor in your field.
Your key responsibilities will be:
  • Winning new customers and closing deals, "hunter sales"/ business development.
  • Introduce Net Insight Synchronization solution including value proposition.
  • Convince operators of our Zyntai sync solution, primarily for 5G but also other industries.
  • Discovery of the customer network and challenges. Map and trace stake holders at telecom operators and reach out to them.
  • Gather and analyze customer requirements.
    • Analyze current customer business model and roll-out plan.
    • Understand the customer's "pain points" and identify areas for growth and optimization.
    • Investigate and learn about customer budgets.
    • Understand the customers alternative solutions to ours.
  • Establishing personal credibility with the customer by providing global benchmark into business and solution analysis.
  • Travel to meet with customers.

YOUR BACKGROUND
We are looking for an individual with the ability to understand and interact with Telecom Operator customers in North America. You are a self-motivated, engaged person who strives for personal development and enjoys being in contact with people, both inside and outside Net Insight. You enjoy working in an international environment and always find a way to develop both yourself and the organization.
Qualifications:
  • B.Sc. in Business, Computer Science or Electrical Engineering, Communication Engineering, or equivalent.
  • Current knowledge of 5G and other mobile networks in general, in North America with a focus on US. Preferably also some understanding of synchronization.
  • Hold strong personal relations at Mobile Telecom Operators in North America with a focus on US, preferably good enough to easily book meetings.
  • As a US citizen, we expect you have at least 5 years of sales experience in this industry and region.
  • Excellent oral and written communications skills, as well as demonstrated presentation skills.
  • Used to create Account Plans for the most prioritized prospects and customers.
  • Knowledge of IP is a plus.
