The Endeavor network specializes in talent representation, sports operations & advisory, event & experiences management, media production & distribution, experiential marketing and brand licensing.
Finders will be responsible for driving new business in order to maintain and grow existing revenues and generate key sales leads and develop existing and new opportunities.
- Developing new business activities through networking with relevant industry players and managing relationship to provide leads to the global sales team
- Ensure the accounts deliver both retention and growth revenue targets for identified market via direct relationships.
- Identify opportunities to grow business and enhance profitability from existing key accounts.
- Develop all pipeline accounts across all B2B and B2C
- Act as the key contact for all key stakeholders, brand partners, agents relevant to our hospitality offerings and drive key relationships
- Regularly report results from business development activities and revenue generation leads
- Partner with marketing to provide content to showcase and promote our services
You Have These
- Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in a sporting environment within a premium hospitality team.
- Proven track record in sales and of achieving/exceeding targets
- Experience of the corporate hospitality marketplace
- Experience of strategic prospecting and cold calling at an Executive and C Suite level
- Ability to effectively manage pipeline
- Knowledge of potential finders partners/3rd parties to help assist in sales efforts

- Established relationships and database with key corporate clients.
- Sales Force CRM expertise, Asana and Excel.
Travel: Must be adaptable with work and travel schedule and be available to travel for work during holidays.
