Sales Manager - Inside Sales

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

The position includes, but is not limited to, the following essential job duties, responsibilities and requirements:

• Recruit, train, and develop a high performing Inside Sales team.
• Manage a team of over 10 representatives with the help of the team lead and Sr. Manager.
• Ability to train and motivate sales representatives.
• Use CRM software for reporting and tracking the performance of the team.
• Create sales challenges/ fun competitions, and weekly role plays with the team.
• Use provided sales tools to increase sales efficiency.
• Implement performance improvement plans as needed.
• Address customer concerns and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Provide regular reports to senior management on sales performance and team achievements.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred. Other combinations of experience and education that meet the minimum requirements may be substituted.
• Five to seven years of experience or more preferred including a minimum of three years of management responsibility.
• Proven experience in Inside Sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Previous experience in a leadership or management role.
• Strong B2B sales and buying process understanding.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrates confidence in their ability to learn, work as a team and deliver results.
• In-depth knowledge of sales processes and strategies.
• Competitive and highly motivated with a drive to be successful.
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools. (Salesforce preferred)
• Displays dependability and trust – imperative for customer relationships.
• Easily Coachable.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

• The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate at a normal range.
• The lighting will include natural light from the outside as well as fluorescent lighting throughout the work areas.
• Work with minimum direction and periodic supervision.
