Job Description
Responsibilities:- Build and nurture relationships with new and existing customers.
- Provide pricing options for HVAC preventative maintenance, emergency service, equipment replacements, and building upgrades.
- Evaluate problematic systems or facilities to determine necessary maintenance or repair services.
- Maintain and expand preventative maintenance accounts.
- Offer support to our Plumbers and HVAC Technicians as required.
- Collaborate with customers to identify current issues and provide effective solutions.
- Discuss equipment service and maintenance procedures with clients.
- Stay updated on industry trends and technologies for better customer service.
- Achieve sales targets and quotas as set by the organization.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records.
Qualifications:- Previous experience in a sales environment.
- Proven ability to manage multiple clients effectively.
- Knowledge and experience with building automation systems is advantageous.
- Possession of a current and valid Utah Drivers License with a clean driving record.
- Ability to pass pre-employment screening.
- 2+ years of sales experience in the HVAC industry (Preferred, but not required).
- Effective time management skills.
