Climate controlled, state of the art location in a high-volume area with all the creature comforts. Highly successful owners with multiple licenses for additional area locations opening soon, means this position has great potential for growth and advancement. Ideal candidates would be clean-cut, and as well as hold a valid driver’s license. 2+ years' experience in 12 Volt Electronics, Tint, Vehicle Wraps, PPF, Detailing & Ceramic Coating, or Automotive Accessories sales preferred. MECP certification highly preferred. Must be comfortable working with high end and exotic vehicles. We’re offering a very competitive base salary and bonus/commission program, with unlimited income potential including bonuses, spiffs, and incentives!
Responsibilities:
- Relentless follow up on Leads from Marketing Activities - phone calls, texts, emails - this is the #1 focus of the role.
- Bathrooms clean and stocked with TP
- Showroom straight and clean
- Trash out DAILY before anyone leaves
- Displays on / off
- Demo board playing music
- CRM leads throughout the day (every 2 hrs)
- Review Responses daily
- Social Media posting (post twice a day, boost twice a week)
- Inventory / orders / tracking
- Follow up with customer inquiries in real time
- ID tags on all keys
- Appointment reminder calls / texts and Thank you texts daily at 3 pm
- Pouches / clip boards refilled with blank inspection forms
- Pre delivery quality control check for every vehicle
- Water fridge / candy dish / coffee / snack tray refill
- Customer schedule maintained
- List of items that need to be ordered maintained and turned in
- Answer phones / check voicemails in real time
