This position will give you the ability to work one on one with customers and some of the best painting crews in the industry.

Company Overview:
360 Painting is a well-known, fast-growing national paint company specializing in residential and commercial painting.
360° Painting seeks local Sales Representatives to perform customer consultations/appointments following our proven sales process.
Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service and communication.
- Manage the sales flow of an average 10-15 customers per week
- Develop ongoing relationships with potential and existing clients
- Serve as a point of contact for all customers
- Complete necessary administrative paperwork
- Comply with data integrity and security policies
- Attend weekly review meetings to evaluate performance
- Work as a team with other members of the 360 Painting staff
- Network within local community and support specific Marketing events
Required Skills and Attributes:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to be on time and maintain a schedule
- Basic computer and Microsoft office skills are needed (Excel, PowerPoint, etc)
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with staff
- Be a self-starter and self-motivated
- Must be a problem solver
- Must have a valid drivers' license with good driving record and be insurable
- High Energy and Trustworthy
Education/Experience:
- College degree preferred but not required
- Must have a minimum of 3+ years of Sales Experience
- Experience within the Painting or Construction industries is preferred but not required
- Bilingüal English-Spanish but not required

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $90.000 per year (no ceiling)
