About Us:
Contractors Materials Inc opened in 1979, as an extension of its sister store – Northwest Pipe. We formerly operated out of the N.O. Nelson Building before opening our location on the Scottsbluff Gering Highway in January 1980. Unfortunately, that location burned down in October 1989. We were forced to briefly move back into our old location while we organized the move to our current location on the Beltline Highway. We opened the doors here in December of 1989 and have been doing so every day since.+
Contractors Materials Inc has been in the business of supplying construction equipment since 1979. Our experience allows us to be one of the biggest and best suppliers, as we have a vast knowledge of different types of construction supplies and their requirements.
 

Contractors Materials Inc. location is seeking a Sales Manager.  This position is responsible for delivery and managing the Sales Territory.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Make sales calls and deliver materials in established sales route and customer list.
• Identify and develop new customers to expand sales territory.
• Drive a 3/4-ton delivery vehicle and, when necessary, tow a 21’ flatbed trailer.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

This position is base pay +commission, so the candidate must be able to work independently and have a desire to succeed.  The position has excellent earning potential and includes inside sales support.

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Prior experience preferred.
• Sales experience and background in concrete construction, safety, power tools and accessories preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
• Valid Driver’s License required.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Teamwork oriented with a friendly and positive attitude.
• Professional and neat in appearance

 Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to move 50+ lbs. with use of equipment.
