- Primary focus is Net Owner Growth.
- Partners with sales management staff and senior sales leadership as well as contracted vendors in integrating all sales philosophies, strategies and techniques into the sales process (including all sales tools). Leader in the practice of coaching and training sales team members to improve their overall sales performance including but not limited to: one on one counseling, class room modules, ride alongs, role playing and providing study materials that include written, video and audio tools.
- To facilitate the use of cutting edge training systems and methods to help optimize sales efficiencies and exceed targeted net sales volume each quarter. Promotes and supports all aspects of the branded HGVC culture including core values, compliance and professional excellence.
- The Sales Manager helps manage the sales line through basic management processes including leadership tasking, floor governance and one-on-one coaching and counseling. One major objective is to create a very successful sales work force and a healthy work place through daily management tasking and strong sales floor processes. This includes continual training of groups and individuals.
- Other responsibilities include selling, as well as planning and facilitation of morning meetings for SE's, TO's and managers. Continually supporting HGV's objectives of providing great customer experiences and at times may be instructed to assume a higher level of responsibility by the DOS when the need arises. This includes enhancing business results, the customer experience, improving efficiencies, increased cash down payment at the point of sale, etc.
- Supports the DOS/Sr Sales Manager in managing the floor and being point person for customer related expectations and issues in the in-house line and action line of the Domestic sales team. The daily objectives that are evident will be to recruit daily, to train hourly, and to motivate team members every minute of the day.
- Minimum of 3 years experience gained through increasingly responsible positions within Sales is required in which (2) two years must be in a supervisory position.
- 3-5 years of proven ability working with sales teams in a fast paced environment.
- Must have 3-5 years of customer service experience in branded hospitality companies; preferably timeshare sales.
- Must have a valid Hawaii RE License or be able to obtain a Hawaii RE license within 90 days.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office.
- Bachelor's degree
