SALES LOT PORTER

Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate records of all vehicles in inventory. This includes VIN number, make, model, year, color and correct stock number.

- Coordinate the receiving and delivery of new vehicle shipments, whether it be brand new vehicles or auction shipments.

- Conduct regular audits to verify inventory accuracy (spare keys). Make sure all keys are within their correct folders and there are no lost sold keys within spare key inventory.

- Input all cars with spare keys (2) into an Excel file

- Photograph all inventory (new and used), receiving 23 or more photos depending on what each vehicle has to offer.

- Print and display "as-is" window stickers in used vehicles. Print yellow stock stickers and place in windshields.

- Put together Certified Pre Owned (CPO) packets.

- Clear off fobs of sold cars to insure all inventory is current and correct.

- Complete Pre Delivery Inspections (PDI) of new vehicles when specifically instructed by General Manager.
