Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Intern to join our team and embark on an exciting journey into the world of B2B sales. This internship offers an excellent opportunity for college students to gain hands-on experience, develop crucial sales skills, and contribute to the growth of a rapidly expanding company. The ultimate goal is to provide a pathway for interns to rise quickly through the ranks and secure full-time employment post-graduation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospecting and Lead Generation:
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify and research potential clients within the painting contractor industry.
- Utilize various channels to generate leads and initiate contact with potential clients.
- Client Engagement:
- Assist in creating and delivering compelling sales presentations to showcase our digital marketing, coaching, and operational services.
- Foster relationships with clients through effective communication and understanding of their business needs.
- Sales Support:
- Work closely with the sales team to provide administrative support, including the preparation of sales materials, data analysis, and CRM management.
- Learning and Development:
- Engage in ongoing training to enhance sales skills and stay updated on industry trends.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute innovative ideas to improve sales strategies.
Qualifications:
- Current college student pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
