Sales Insurance Agent

Represent one of America’s most recognized brands!

Our GEICO Local Office in Newnan is searching for a Sales Insurance Agentto join our team. As an agent, you will generate new business sales primarily focusing on auto and homeowners insurance policies. You will also educate customers on GEICO’s insurance offerings to cultivate long term customer relationships and drive sales.

What You’ll Do:

Follow up on daily sale leads provided directly by GEICO

Educate prospective and current clients on auto, home, and renter's insurance

Make sales of auto insurance, homeowners and other personal lines of insurance products

Service existing accounts and ensure customers make informed buying decisions

Identify cross-selling opportunities during retention calls

What You’ll Bring:

Sales Experience (required; preferably at least 1 year of previous sales experience)

A high-energy personality, and a love of working with people! Majority of sales are completed over the phone with some office walk-ins.

Strong Customer service skills

Strong computer skills; ability to learn and work within multiple online quoting systems

Optional to apply: Property and Casualty License (required to complete insurance sales, but option to obtain license while employed)

Pay: $45,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
