Job Description
- Establish long-term, trust-based relationships with our customers.
- Drive our business growth through sales while ensuring profitability.
- Conduct detailed inspections of customer homes to identify required services.
- Develop and present tailor-made proposals to both existing and potential clients.
- Engage in networking and cold calling to generate sales leads.
- Proactive telephone prospecting and appointment scheduling.
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of all sales-related documentation.
- High School diploma or equivalent (Required).
- Valid Driver's License (Required).
- Background checks will be conducted on all potential hires.
- Prior outside sales experience is a plus.
- Customer Service experience of 1 year (Preferred)
- Competitive compensation: $55,000.00 - $250,000 per year.
