Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated individual to join our team as a Floor Manager. As a Floor Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized Sales Floor. This is a key leadership role that requires strong communication skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise the Sales Floor, ensuring all employees are performing their duties effectively
- Train and develop new employees on company policies, procedures, and customer service standards
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the stock team to ensure adequate stock levels at all times
- Assist in administrative tasks such as scheduling, payroll, and employee performance evaluations
- Conduct interviews and assist in the hiring process for new employees
- Handle cash register operations, including opening and closing procedures
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as health and safety regulations
- Maintain a clean and organized Sales Floor, including product displays and signage
- Resolve customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a retail management role or similar position
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Multilingual skills are a plus
- Proven ability to develop training programs and provide ongoing coaching to employees
- Proficient in inventory control and stock management
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Familiarity with cash register operations and basic math skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Pay: $5,000.00 - $10,000.00 per month
