Responsibilities: • Back up the desk and finance as needed, gaining valuable experience in both areas. • Develop leadership skills while contributing to the team's success in maintaining excellence in customer service. • Work towards a full-time manager role, specializing in either finance and insurance or sales management. • Cruise through the day working directly with customers, identifying their needs, and showcasing the perfect used car options. • Take the wheel on test drives, ensuring customers experience the thrill of their potential new ride. • Utilize expert negotiation skills to close deals and ensure a positive sales experience. • Navigate the world of auto sales contracts and financing options, collaborating seamlessly with our stellar sales and finance teams. • Strive toward monthly finance and insurance manager goals, including those for revenue, service contracts, and automotive sales. • Commit to a high Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) and ethical processes as a finance and insurance manager. • Abide by federal, state, and local regulations when preparing paperwork, finalizing financial transactions, setting interest rates, and working with lending institutions. • Manage inventory of finance department supplies, including bank, state, and auto dealership forms. • Support the auto sales manager during each vehicle purchase and leverage opportunities to offer aftermarket products, service contracts, and insurance programs. Qualifications: • Proven track record in sales or finance within the automotive industry. • Exceptional leadership potential and commitment to customer service excellence. • Strong desire to grow into a full-time manager role. • Willingness to be trained and mentored in both sales and finance. • Valid Drivers License. Compensation: $65,000 - $95,000 yearly
