Job Summary

We are looking for a Sales Executive to join our North American Sales team. This position is responsible for selling to general contractors, construction managers, construction estimators, as well as building owners. Our sales teams are excited by a fast pace, love to create new market opportunities, and value team culture. Having industry experience and an understanding of construction estimating is a strong preference.
Atlanta based candidates preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business using a strong solution-based selling technique
- Work side by side with RIB consultants to engage clients effectively and become more knowledgeable about RIB products.
- Engage with large key accounts and smaller market prospects.
- Research customer's individual or business needs to create a unique value proposition and account plan
- Involvement and input in market strategy and approach
- Complete market research and monitor competitor activity
- Adjust sales tactics based on tests and new insights in the field
- Negotiate prices and terms to prepare agreements and successfully close deals.
- Submit orders and manage back-office requirements including CRM usage.
- Thrive in a quota-driven environment
- Some travel involved
Qualifications and Requirements
- Enjoys working in an environment that is innovative, has a high rate of change, and with people who are serious about work but don’t take themselves too seriously
- This position is for an experienced Sales Executive. 5+ years of successful outbound sales experience (construction industry desired, software background a plus)
- A college degree in business administration, sales, or marketing (or equivalent experience)
- Proven track record of developing leads, managing a pipeline, and achieving quota
- Passion for growing sales with new products through existing account relationships and prospecting new markets
- Thrives in an environment where a framework is provided, and then take ownership to deliver results.
- Team Player - passionate and dynamic person with the energy and ability to obtain alignment and work effectively across a complex, global matrix organization.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills along with high level of initiative, great interpersonal skills, and organizational skills
- A working knowledge of the construction industry and process is strongly preferred.
