JOB DESCRIPTION

The sales executive position is a combination of inside and outside sales efforts to persuade new and existing customers to use our services and develop and service established relationships. We are looking for a highly motivated, confident, proactive self-starter who is anxious to become an important part of a successful team and achieve their own professional growth and success.

Responsibilities

• Contact and establish new customers and relationships.
• Provide outstanding service for new and established customer product requests.
• Increase customer order activity to achieve sales growth.
• Process requests and recommend products to help our customers close more sales.
• Consistent account contact to grow our market share.
• Participate in company marketing and sales strategy.
• Understand and utilize policies and procedures to be proficient in handling customer transactions and solving customer service issues appropriately.

Requirements

• Previous experience in customer service or as a sales consultant, consistently meeting or exceeding sales goals
• Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
• Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
• Strong business sense and industry expertise
• Diamond and jewelry experience is preferred

Base salary: $45,000.00 to $65,000.00 based on experience. Full benefits including generous paid time off, medical insurance and a 401K program. The Sales executive can achieve a six-figure income in this role with the base and commission structure.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
