Job description

As a Sales Executive, you will play the highly strategic role of new client acquisition. You will collaborate with leadership, marketing, delivery, and clients to build a pipeline and drive the sales cycle. If you have successfully sold consulting solutions to enterprise clients, we want to talk to you. What You'll Do:
  • Build new business within the Industrials sector through prospecting, events, partnerships, networking, marketing, and other lead-generation activities.
  • Highly skilled at finding, opening, and growing new accounts to create value for both the potential client and Dialexa.
  • Be a hunter and a driver - someone who has a broad network within the Industrials sector, knows how to source leads, and loves to prospect.
  • Develop a pipeline and create your own book of business, attract new clients, gain referrals, and form strong relationships that open doors and close deals.
  • Build and maintain access to key business decision-makers and generate C-level contacts.
  • Use Salesforce as the source of truth; understand and apply our rules of engagement.
What We're Looking For:
  • 7+ years of previous custom software sales experience and exceeding quota.
  • Deep understanding of the Industrials market segment, industry trends, challenges, and opportunities to craft and deliver compelling value propositions
  • Expert solution seller who partners with clients to solve complex business and technology challenges.
  • Strong background in solution selling - Digital Engineering and Design with ability to lead one large or multiple small programs
  • Agility to respond to new situations by modifying your performance and adopting new skills and abilities.
  • Able to partner with clients to understand their organizational needs and recommend solutions that add value to their business
  • Won and led multi-million deals independently, passionate about value selling and high-value models of selling.
  • Able to achieve trusted advisor status with clients and prospects.
  • Strong communication skills, including presenting on general and industry-specific topics across Manufacturing, Oil & Gas and Aerospace.
  • Experience in relationship building, client advancement, advanced closure, and in driving sales in a solutions-selling environment at the C-level.
