ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
We are actively recruiting for a senior level sales professional to join the team in the Chicago Metro Area. You will be building JMG's business in Illinois, Wisconsin, and Minnesota by selling clearly defined direct marketing solutions to automotive dealers. If you are a hunter and thrive with precise sales goals to hit, this may be the role for you! The JMG Marketing Team and our proprietary systems will be there to provide first-class selling and operational support, so you can focus on growing the book of business.

SCOPE OF ROLE
You will be expected to:
- Meet or exceed sales goals
- Master all solutions and how they are best used for each client's special situation
- Managing full life cycle sales from prospecting to close to constant client management
- Win new client relationships
- Ensure proper and consistent use of our CRM and process management system
- Assist in primary market research of prospects and customers
- Provide feedback for the company to learn how to better serve our clients
QUALIFICATIONS
- Sales experience with a proven track record of success and 4+ years selling to automotive dealers.
- Experience in working a sales process: you know what level of activity you need to crush your numbers and you execute unfailingly.
- Experience building exceptional relationships: your dealers like you and they refer you to others!
- Organizational Skills: you work smart and plan you days and weeks ahead to optimize your time.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication
- Proficient in the use of a CRM, Microsoft Office Suite, and other stand office technology
- Required Experience: 5 or more years in sales
