If you’re an entrepreneurial, smart, driven, hungry, and ambitious salesperson with 1-5 years of professional sales experience looking for a new challenge – look no further. Manifest Labs is a technology startup that powers traditional law firms by providing them with a highly desirable business franchise (name, IP), a consistent flow of new clients, and a suite of software to make them more productive.

Your role is to handle the intake of new legal leads and convert them into paying customers while ensuring that
Manifest-powered law firms are the right fit for their needs. Specifically, you’ll be speaking to “warm” leads who are looking for legal services in immigration, labor & employment, and other verticals.

As part of this role, you’ll go through extensive training (paid) and will be reporting to the CEO of Manifest Labs (A serial entrepreneur, who previously built a $250M company) and will have an opportunity to learn everything about how early stage startups are launched, built and scaled. You will learn how to be strategic with sales, and how to raise capital. If you are hungry and ambitious, this role has the potential to 10x your career in just a couple of years.

About Manifest Labs:

Did you know that 75% of Americans don’t hire a lawyer when they have a legal problem? The majority of consumers can’t afford to pay $400 per hour (the average rate in the US) and massive $5,000 upfront retainers just to get a simple answer to their problem or concern. As a result, consumers are forced to deal with immigration, divorces, DUI, or criminal matters by using free online forms of low quality which leads to errors, mistakes, and disastrous consequences to their lives.

So, why are lawyers so astronomically expensive ($400 per hour)? The answer is simple – they are inefficient with their time. On average, small law firm lawyers and solo practicing attorneys bill for about ¼ of their hours and are forced to load all of their personal and business expenses in a small number of hours charged back to clients (just
10 out of 40 hours per week on average).

The reason lawyers are so inefficient is because they spend ¾ of their time doing nonlegal work – marketing, sales, accounting, bookkeeping, office work, invoicing. Their practice is too small to afford to hire a marketing firm, or back office assistant and buy expensive software.

About this role:

As a client advisor at Manifest Labs, your primary responsibility will be to conduct insightful 15 to 20-minute calls with clients, guiding them through the initial stages of their process with Manifest-powered law firms. You will facilitate consultations with our network of lawyers to provide comprehensive and tailored legal guidance.

Key Accountabilities:

● Client Consultations: Engage with clients in informative and empathetic 15-20 minute calls to understand their legal needs and concerns.

● Information Gathering: Collect essential client information to streamline the legal process and ensure accurate guidance.

● Client Education: Provide clear and concise information on the step-by-step process for their legal services fostering a deep understanding for clients.

● Collaboration with Lawyers: Facilitate consultations with Manifest Law's network of immigration lawyers when clients require in-depth legal advice or representation.

● Documentation Support: Assist clients in gathering and organizing required documentation for legal processes.

● Client Advocacy: Advocate for clients within the legal system, ensuring their needs are effectively communicated to our attorney co-counsels.

Required Experience and Qualifications:
● Ambitious, entrepreneurial mindset. Must be a driven and energetic person
● At least 1-2 years of relevant experience in inside sales or client services.
● A high degree of empathy and cultural sensitivity.
● A passion for working with clients from diverse backgrounds.
● Exceptional communication skills.
● Meticulous attention to detail.
● Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
● This is an in-person role with an office located in Flatiron area (Manhattan)

Compensation and Benefits:

● Earnings of $150K+ after 12 months in the role and over $ 120K within the first year (high base salary ranges from $90-110K)
