The Sales Enablement Principal role has a primary goal of applying resources across the enterprise to support Distribution, primarily through data-driven insights and technology efficiencies. You will be responsible for supporting select Distribution channels, which may include FMO, ALFS, Life, Advisory, Emerging Distribution & Markets, Business Development, Broker Dealer, OID, ETF, Employer Markets and the Defined Contribution teams. This role would also support Leadership within select Distribution channels. To support these teams, you will work with teams that have exposure to annuities, life insurance, ETFs, broker dealers, FMOs and RIAs.
This role will use data and technology to allow our sales teams to be more efficient in their decision-making. To implement the job responsibilities, you will need to use partnerships across Distribution, Leadership, Marketing, and Data & Analytics. Further, this role will work closely with various teams across the enterprise, such as all Distribution teams, CRM Team, Marketing Analytics, Digital Marketing, IT, Technology and Mobility, Finance, and Actuarial. The Principal will identify data, advanced analytics opportunities, and translate application of applicable opportunities to guide prioritization, activity and behavior across all channels of Distribution. In addition to being responsible for driving efficiency and productivity through data and technology, the Principal will measure results to understand what works and what does not work. You will need to orchestrator, network and leverage the resources across the company to identify and drive solutions to business opportunities.
The Sales Enablement Principal executes the design and implementation of strategic priorities of select Distribution channel Leadership teams. You will report to the Sales Enablement Senior Manager.
What you do:
Sales Productivity Consultant:

  • Partner with sales and Leadership regarding driving productivity through the use of data, analytics and technology.
  • Delivers ongoing analysis on trends affecting sales.
  • Develop consumable management data translation and reporting on a weekly, monthly quarterly basis.
  • Excellent at communicating data and technology to audiences unfamiliar with the content.
  • You will work on reporting and dashboard needs.

Planning & Implementation:
  • Develop business plans according to Distribution channel strategic plans.
  • Help identify opportunities presented in data.

Other Responsibilities:
  • Project Management of Distribution initiatives.
  • Support other areas of Distribution.

What you bring:
Minimum Requirements:
  • 4-5 years of experience required in Financial Services
  • Four-year degree required
