The Sales Enablement Lead drives enterprise sales by enabling our go-to-market teams with the tools, knowledge and resources required to increase revenue and meet our sales goals. This role is a true owner of Sales Enablement, building and curating content based on product development and the needs of our ramping and tenured sellers. This role will partner heavily with Product Marketing, Product, Solution Consulting and Sales Leadership. A successful Sales Enablement Lead is equal parts strategy and execution.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive Sales Enablement strategy, including onboarding, training, coaching and performance management programs across the sale org (EAEs/ISRs/BDRs).
  • Design and execute a role-based onboarding program for all revenue positions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, deploy, and communicate cutting-edge Sales Enablement materials.
  • Regularly conduct a needs assessment to ensure Sales Enablement material is current with industry trends and remains widely utilized by the Sales team.
  • Maintain repository of sales content is accessible and up to date, including case studies, pitch decks and product documentation.
  • Manage and drive engagement with sales tools, including Highspot, Consensus, Salesloft, Challenger Sales, and ensure seamless interoperability with Salesforce.
  • Establish metrics and analytics to measure the success of Sales Enablement programs.
  • Supports internal GTM Enablement events, including but not limited to, Annual Sales Kickoff, Management Offsites, and in-person trainings.

What you bring to the role:
  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience, with 5+ years in Sales Enablement.
  • A bias towards action with experience building Sales Enablement infrastructure.
  • Strong content creations skills, developing interactive and buyer-centric content, and modern sales methodologies.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills; must have experience collaborating with sales leaders and direct sales teams.
  • High adaptability and flexibility, including the ability to manage deadline pressure, ambiguity, and change.
  • Proficiency in leveraging data and technological tools for sales optimization.
