EF Study Abroad
M-F 40 hours per week
July – December 2024
The Team: EF Study Abroad partners with college and university faculty around the country to help them organize study abroad programs for their students. We focus on international programs to Europe, Latin America, Asia, and almost everywhere in between.
As a part of the EF Study Abroad Sales Enablement and customer service team, you play an important role in helping students prepare to travel on an EF Study Abroad program. You will partner with our Sales Representatives on tasks and projects that support our sales growth engines and help prepare groups for a smooth travel experience from the day we reach out to a given prospect through their return home.
You will be responsible for:
- Assisting travelers with their general account maintenance over phone and e-mail, such as payment plans, insurance coverage, necessary travel documentation, program enrollments and cancellations
- Supporting the sales team with pre-departure tasks and account maintenance to get groups ready for travel including calling out to travelers to confirm any missing information.
- Supporting our sales and service team with Sales Enablement projects in Salesforce, SharePoint and Templafy

As a co-op at EF Boston you'll participate in our Co-Op development program, designed specifically for undergraduates in our North American headquarters in Cambridge, MA.
