Job Summary
We are currently hiring a Sales Directorfor our Advantage xPO team, and our ideal candidate will possess a passion for impacting lives and our community. The primary purpose is to oversee all aspects of generating business for the Advantage xPO division. The Sales Director partners with the SVP, xPO to develop the strategic sales approach for the division selling all xPO services (RPO, BPO, MSP). The individual in this position identifies new business opportunities through face-to-face or virtual contact with current customers and potential prospects and is responsible for delivery of RFPs, RFIs and business presentations.
Essential Duties
Your Day-to-Day Leadership includes Activities such as these:
- Build high level relationships with all key clients, both internal and external.
- Partner closely with corporate departments for overall group success.
- Ensure high level of customer service and quality functional delivery from team.
- Meet assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives
- Enforce pricing guidelines and drive negotiations
- Spearhead sales presentations with client prospects including, but not limited to overseeing development of presentations, market research, partnering with key member of the team to understand processes, develop solutions and services to meet prospect needs, leading preparation meetings with selected presentation teams and conducting appropriate stakeholder follow up.
- Coordinate the involvement of company personnel, including support, service, and management resources, to complete sales activities.
- Direct solution development efforts that best address prospect needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary company personnel.
- As needed, participate in customer meetings to drive growth within accounts and ensure client retention.
- Define sales targets, and plan and coordinate efforts of sales staff in accordance with corporate objectives while maintaining acceptable levels of expense control

Demonstrated ability in personnel management, employment practices and the recruitment and retention of key personnel, along with the ability to provide motivation, leadership, and guidance to staff. You will need strong presentation skills and the ability to successfully present material to individuals at all levels. Be very optimistic and goal and results oriented and can handle high pressure environments without becoming stressed.
