Canadian Executive Search Group (USA), a division of Arrow Workforce Solutions, has an immediate opening for a direct hire position  located in the Miami, FL  area. 

Sales Director -$50k+Commission (Bi-lingual)

Miami, FL 33178

Salary: Starting at $50,000 + Commission Pay (Negotiable dependant on experience)

Shift: 1st Shift - Monday-Saturday

     Canadian Executive Search is looking for an experienced sales person who has extensive knowledge of the produce industry.  You will be responsible for acquiring leads and working directly with clients to book produce orders. You will establish relationships, and meet sales quotas.

Responsibilities

• Manage current customer base through frequent communications and excellent service
• Target prospects and conduct cold calls in order to continuously grow the customer base
•  Coordinate and deliver presentations to prospective customers
• Identify and leverage various opportunities for business development
• Book and record produce orders with customers, shippers, and vendors
• Attend various sales meetings and customer appointments
• Promote and assist with various sales and promotional efforts
• Work to meet all established sales targets
• Responsible for the entire sales process from first contact to close
• Answer questions and provide high-quality service to existing and prospective customers

Minimum Requirements

• Bilingual (English & Spanish) Preferred
• Must have reliable transportation
• Proven track record of closing deals and achieving sales success
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to establish and maintain professional relationships
• Outgoing attitude with a passion for top-notch customer service
• Keen attention to detail with the ability to maintain accurate customer records
• Experience negotiating and solving complex problems
• Time management skills with the ability to juggle numerous projects and deadlines at one time
• Understanding of food safety programs & good manufacturing practices.
• Ability to thrive under tight deadlines and challenging goals
• Computer literate with excellent phone manners

Education and Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of experience in a sales role, preferably dealing with produce specifically

Physical Requirements

•  Prolonged periods of standing and walking.
• Must be able to work outdoors
•  Must have a valid Driver’s license & Insurance
•  Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at a time.
