JOB SUMMARY:
Fusion92 is looking for a self-starter who possesses a strong sales background and in-depth knowledge of the digital media ecosystem to serve as our Sales Director for our media team which services the local broadcast and cable industry.
This person should have sales management experience, as well as familiarity with the digital marketing industry, specifically programmatic and paid social media. The Sales Director is responsible for managing top tier client relationships and creating opportunities for revenue growth.

This role can be remote or a part of our Chicago or Detroit office.
* While our offices are currently open, daily in-office attendance is not required.
GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Build and maintain strong and responsive working relationships with clients as well as vendors, partners, internal teams, etc.
· Develop a deep understanding of our services and possess an expert-level understanding of the local broadcast and cable marketplace.
· Research media trends and assist efforts to productize offerings to resell to our clients.
· Develop media trends decks for clients for sales enablement purposes for our clients to sell more
· Generate content for sell sheets and for a monthly newsletter that is applicable for our clients
· Provide forecasting & revenue updates to senior leadership
· Evaluation & negotiation with clients on rates on a quarterly/semi annual basis
· Negotiates with others to reach an agreement/solution that meets internal needs and client needs
· Must be a strong presenter, communicate with high speed and accuracy to drive action and can think quickly on their feet confidently
· Highly enthusiastic, passionate, curious, confident and tenacious in learning and have the ability to navigate the nuances of different client teams.
· Ability to set objectives & goals for self & team and develops tactics to achieve them.
· The right candidate must be nimble and quickly adjust to internal and external teams in an always changing environment
· Proactively work with existing clients to share relevant industry and marketing intelligence
· Actively prospect and sell new OTT/CTV/social media clients
Requirements:
· 5+ years client-facing experience in account management or sales, management experience a plus
· Strong understanding of digital advertising, video marketing or technology a plus
· Understands media (OTT/CTV/ Programmatic/Social Media) and third-party ad serving
· Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with effective time management and prioritization skills
· Exceptional communication skills; effective presentation skills
· Very strong critical thinking, problem-solving and interpersonal skills
· Ability to work well within a team
· Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite, especially Microsoft Excel
The hiring range for this discipline within our industry is $100,000 to $140,000. Where an employee is paid within this range will depend on multiple factors including, but not limited to location, years of experience, education, internal pay structure, and other contributing factors.
