Our extensive product portfolio serves markets from construction, industrial, marine, military, and mining to municipalities, offshore drilling and production, energy distribution and transmission, and refining.Lead and coach a team of 6+ account and territory managers, while also being a hands-on manager.The role is primarily responsible for executing the company’s sales strategy through leadership of the sales team in identifying, prioritizing, developing and securing new business opportunities, clients and profitable revenue streams in the midstream sectors in North America.Identify and develop key customers (contractors and asset owners).The Midstream Sales Director role requires active coordination and collaboration with engineering, inside sales and operations resources.The position requires a blend of sales leadership, senior level presence, solid contract management and sharp business acumen.Apply technical expertise in business development and sales dialogue with clients to elevate clients’ understanding of the value inherent in company’s capability and capacity.
Identify and prioritize attractive new client opportunities and drive profitable market penetration with target accounts.
