Sales Development Representative

Position Overview:

The Sales Development Representative position is primarily responsible for setting qualified appointments with prospects to review

Insurance plans they have inquired for.

Uncapped Commissions + As many leads as you can call + Ongoing Daily Sales Training

Performance Expectations:

• Minimum of 3 Hours of dial Time Per Day

• Monday - Friday 8:00AM - 6PM

• Saturdays 8:00AM -6PM

Responsibilities:

• Reaching out to database customers

• Call, email, txt and use various communication forms to identify the correct product for each client.

• Schedule virtual demonstration appointments with customers and potential clients.

• Exceeding sales targets set monthly and yearly by Sales Director and Team leaders.

• Exceptional communication skills.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.

• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.

• Results-oriented with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
