Position Overview:
The Sales Development Representative position is primarily responsible for setting qualified appointments with prospects to review
Insurance plans they have inquired for.
Uncapped Commissions + As many leads as you can call + Ongoing Daily Sales Training

Performance Expectations:
- Minimum of 3 Hours of dial Time Per Day
- Monday - Friday 8:00AM - 6PM
- Saturdays 8:00AM -6PM
Responsibilities:
- Reaching out to database customers
- Call, email, txt and use various communication forms to identify the correct product for each client.
- Schedule virtual demonstration appointments with customers and potential clients.
- Exceeding sales targets set monthly and yearly by Sales Director and Team leaders.

- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Results-oriented with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
