If you're familiar with trading, you can think of trading bots as a special kind of software that buys and sells stocks, crypto, forex, or anything else you want automatically for you. We are currently operating as a software development agency but are building a SaaS platform which will allow retail traders to easily automate their own strategies.
Job Title: Sales Development Representative (SDR) - Fintech SaaS
Position Overview:
You will be our company's first Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will play a crucial role in driving the growth of our business by qualifying leads, initiating contact with prospects, and nurturing those relationships. You will be at the forefront of our sales efforts, working closely with the founder to generate new business opportunities and contribute to the overall success of the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Outreach: Initiate contact with prospects through various channels such as phone calls, emails, texts, and social media.
- Qualification: Qualify leads by assessing their needs, pain points, and budgetary constraints to determine their fit for our trading bot solutions.
- Pipeline Management: Manage and maintain accurate records of all prospect interactions and activities using our CRM system.
- Collaboration: Work closely with our core team to develop targeted campaigns and strategies to drive lead generation and conversion.
- Communication: Clearly articulate the value proposition of our trading bot solutions and handle objections effectively to advance prospects through the sales funnel.
- Follow-up: Nurture relationships with prospects through regular follow-up communication to keep them engaged and interested in our offerings.
- Market Intelligence: Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
MANDATORY QUALITIES:
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with a demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Be money motivated and hungry to succeed.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
STRONGLY PREFERRED QUALITIES:
- Knowledge or interest in financial markets, trading strategies, and investment products.
PREFERRED QUALITIES:
- Prior experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Hubspot) and Google Workspace.
QUALITIES THAT ARE NOT REQUIRED:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
