Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our dynamic sales team. As a key player in our sales force, you will play a crucial role in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through outbound prospecting and cold calling. Must be good at closing sales.

Main Outcome:
Book >30 qualified consultations per month.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Identification: Use social listening tools and techniques to identify potential leads based on their online behaviors, interactions, and expressed needs or interests (leverage Facebook Groups, LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other tools).
- Engagement: Engage with potential leads through thoughtful comments, direct messages, or by sharing relevant content, ensuring each interaction adds value and warmth to the relationship.
- Content Sharing: Share relevant content, articles, testimonials, and other materials to educate potential leads and guide them further down the sales funnel.
- Relationship Building: Establish and nurture relationships on social platforms, ensuring consistent and positive brand interactions.
- Lead Qualification: Engage in conversations to ascertain lead's fit and readiness for a consultation or sale. This may involve using direct messages, emails, or even phone/Zoom calls.
- Appointment Setting: Transition qualified leads into the formal sales process, coordinating consultations or presentations with the appropriate sales team members.
- Feedback Loop: Work closely with the marketing and product teams to share insights from interactions, helping refine messaging, product offerings, or targeting.
- Trend Awareness: Stay updated on current social media trends and Amazon platform changes.
- CRM Management: Record interactions, follow-ups, and status of potential leads within CRM systems to ensure seamless communication and process flow.
Qualifications:
1.Proven experience in cold calling and outbound sales.
2.Familiarity with the sales process, especially around lead generation, nurturing, and qualification.
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Proficient with CRM software for tracking interactions and sales progressions (GoHighLevel knowledge preferred).
5.Must have experience with traditional sales methodologies and best practices.
6. Ability to think strategically, identifying potential opportunities or threats in the Amazon space.
7. Analytical skills to interpret digital engagement metrics and adapt strategies accordingly.
8. Comfortable working in a fast-paced start up environment, often handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
9. Comfortable to be on “Camera” for internal/external meetings and to record content/reels.
10. Familiar with major social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram) and their respective best practices.
11.Ability to understand and articulate the value proposition of our products/services.
12.Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Location & Work environment
This is a remote, full-time position. We may have occasional in-person team meetings (once or twice a year) and mandatory participation in selected tradeshows. Must have US Work Authorization.
