POSITION SUMMARY:
The Sales Department Receptionist is responsible for welcoming and greeting Members, prospects, and all visitors to our Sales Department with a cheerful smile. The Sales Receptionist role will provide each person calling or visiting the Sales Department with an excellent customer experience. The role also includes the responsibility to accurately manage the work flow, documentation and management of incoming inquiries including walk-ins, phone calls, mail, faxes, web inquiries and emails in accordance with functions of this Job Description. Position will also be assigned special departmental projects by the Administrator and Manager of Business Development and Retention.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education, skills and experience:
- High school graduate or equivalent required. Some college preferred.
- Minimum of two years previous office experience required.
- Able to establish priorities and manage office detail and multiple ongoing projects with minimal supervision.
- Strong customer service and communication skills, both oral and written.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Demonstrated basic PC proficiency in MSOffice Suite 2007 or 2010 (Word & Excel), with the ability to type at least 30 wpm required.
- Cisco telephone management skills preferred.
- Ability to remain professional and pleasant in stressful situations.
