You must be great with people over the phone and email.The successful candidate will be a true dog lover, an influential communicator, and able to relate to many different types of people. You should be organized, detailed, consistent with energy and an upbeat attitude. CATCH is a school for Dog enthusiasts who want to become professional trainers. Our company is exciting and innovative, with a combination hands-on / online curriculum. Our students and mentor trainers work together across the country.

You will play a key role in all of our sales processes from initial contact with leads to setting up their program launch.

Examples of work in this role include:

• Fielding calls and emails from leads and guiding them through the sales cycle to enrollment
• Becoming very knowledgeable about CATCH services and what makes us different
• Maintaining excellent notes and scheduling smartly timed follow up for all of your leads
