Position Overview:

Calling all Builders, Inventors, and Creators! The Stanley Sales Team is growing, and we are looking for someone with a creative spirit, an inventive mind, and a passion to help us build our brand and tell our legendary story.

 

The Sales Coordinator, B2B Stanley Create will be a critical liaison between our B2B customers and the internal teams that deliver customized products. In this role, you will ensure the flawless execution of projects for the wide range of brands, companies, and organizations who want to partner with Stanley.

 

You will have two main areas of responsibility:

  1. Ensure seamless, on-time delivery of customized products to B2B customers through careful timeline management of many concurrent projects.
  2. Collaborate with our customers and coordinate internally with Sales Management, Order Support, Demand Planning and Operations teams who help manage and execute co-branded, custom-logo Stanley projects.

 

You will bring significant self-motivation and have a proven history of ‘getting stuff done’ under tight and aggressive timelines. You will find creative solutions to complex problems using your ability to think three steps ahead and your attention to detail.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate many, concurrent projects and own multi-disciplinary workflows, timelines, and processes in partnership with our B2B customers, Sales Support & Demand Planning teams, and other key stakeholders.
  • Investigate and capture project detail complexities and timelines in project inquiries to ensure custom logo prospects are achievable and planned correctly in tandem with all other open projects.
  • Ensure that the execution of projects is aligned with B2B customer expectations and remain mindful of logistical complexities or challenges; deliver on time, as promised to our customers.
  • In tandem with Order Support teams, coordinate communication of projects’ status and prioritization to B2B customers and to Sales Leaders. Provide regular status updates to B2B customers.
  • Monitor and manage inbound and outbound order flow to align with demand and forecast expectations.

 

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience managing many concurrent projects required.
  • Ability to take initiative and prioritize tasks; excellent time-management, organizational, problem-prevention and problem-solving skills are a must.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills; ability to communicate effectively and project a professional image with a wide range of audiences in writing, over the phone, and in person/video.
  • Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook proficiency required, experience with Elastic B2B or similar platforms is a plus.
  • Equally capable of executing proactive work (planning and executing projects) and reactive work (responding to inquiries or complaints).
  • Experience working in the promotional products and corporate gifting industry and/or knowledge of common product customization processes and practices (artwork proofing, laser etching, etc.) is preferred but not required.
  • An understanding of co-branding and what make effective B2B partnerships is a plus.

The base pay range for this position is for a successful candidate within the state listed. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on multiple factors, such as work location, job-related knowledge, skills, qualifications, and experience.
