Role & Responsibilities:
- Consultative Sales Specialist: Understand and tailor solutions to client needs.
- Business Development Expert: Identify and penetrate new opportunities in the government sector.
- Sales Cycle Management Pro: Navigate complex sales cycles from initiation to successful closure.
- Demo Virtuoso: Present our solutions with precision and expertise.
- Pricing and Contracting Authority: Determine optimal pricing structures and manage end-to-end contracting processes.
- Feedback Analyst: Collect, analyze, and communicate prospect and customer feedback to internal teams.
- Inquiry Handling Specialist: Respond efficiently to inbound inquiries, offering optimal solutions.
- RFP Coordinator: Lead and coordinate responses to RFPs, ensuring timely and effective submissions.
- Strategic Outreach Professional: Engage in targeted outreach methods to build and nurture customer relationships.
- Territory Manager: Oversee and grow an assigned territory, ensuring consistent engagement and results.
- Quota Achiever: Meet or exceed sales quotas, contributing to the company's revenue objectives.
- Stakeholder Relations Expert: Build and sustain strong relationships with key government stakeholders.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities within a CRM.
- Product Mastery: Stay abreast of FieldWare's product suite to effectively communicate features and benefits.
Mandatory Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles and navigate budgetary constraints.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a remote team.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in software solution sales, preferably within the government sector.
- Demonstrated track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency in HubSpot or similar CRM platforms.
Background:
Experience in consulting sales, a background in managing extended sales cycles (particularly in law enforcement or government sectors.)
