Responsibilities Include:

  • Present Home Automation Options and services to new homeowners
  • Provide excellent customer service in an ethical and professional manner
  • Manage a provided Lead Route

Consider the following:

  • 85% of our current sales managers started out on our Residential Sales team and were promoted from within.
  • These promotions happened on average in less than one year's time.
  • Our average sales manager earned $153,700 last year.

Compensation: Uncapped commissions are paid weekly. The role is 100% commission and performance based. The average commission pay-out is $426 per package. The average Sales Representative sells 9.3 packages a month. Monthly sales bonuses range from $750-$2000 Above average performers represent 50% of our sales teams. Above average performers range from 71,000-123,000.
