Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Perform plan of care interventions, including medication administration, specimen collection, clinical treatments, and other medical care treatments
- Document patient care given and communicate patient condition as appropriate to care team, physician, patient, and family
- Assist patients with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, elimination, nutrition, and ambulation
- Collaborate across disciplines to coordinate patient care, including patient transfer, discharge, referral, and spiritual/psychosocial support needs
- Evaluate learning needs of patients and/or families and provide education appropriate to age, culture, condition, and circumstances
- Advocate for the physical and emotional well-being of the patient
Must-Haves:
- Valid RN license with the ability to practice in SC
- Must be willing to relocate to Hartsville, SC
- Must be willing to work within a small hospital (30 bed Med/Surg - 116 bed hospital)
- Active BLS required
