Automotive Sales Associate at our CHEVY location in Nazareth, PA

Compensation Range: $60,000 - $120,000

Responsibilities:

· Cultivate developing relationships to build clientele for life.

· Continuous training in selling skills and product presentation.

· Exhibit robust selling skills; Assist customers in selecting the right pre-owned vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses.

· Continuously develop product and sales skills to become the vehicle authority. Product and Manufacturer knowledge, optional packages, and the latest technologies.

· Perform high-quality, professional demonstrations of new and pre-owned vehicles.

· Follow-up with buyers to ensure successful referral business.

· Learn to overcome objections and thrive within sales situations.

· Report directly to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses.

Qualifications:

· Previous vehicles Sales experience a plus; not required, we will train the right person.

· Available to work flexible hours and weekends.

· Ready to learn product and eager to grow with the company.

· Outstanding communication skills with customers and team members.

· Clean background, driving record and valid drivers and sales licenses.

· Maintain a clean and neat work space, professional appearance and uphold Brown-Daub standards at all times.
