Are you the type of person who has the discipline to follow a proven sales process that leads to a six-figure income? Then we want you to join the family. Our Sales Consultants will learn all products, sell homes and secure contracts. It's a tough job, but it's the right job if you want to work hard, are coachable and not afraid to work weekends and some holidays. In addition, you will follow up with prospective customers, maintain the sales database, present products to customers and shop the area competition.
To join our team in this role, you must have a proven track record of two (2) successful years of sales experience; new home sales experience preferred. The ability to provide the highest level of customer service, including exceptional communication skills -- both one-on-one and in front of large groups, is a must. Successful candidate must maintain a valid driver's license. A valid Real Estate License is required.
