Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent education
- Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in sales
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Knowledge of sales techniques and product presentation
- Proficient in operating point-of-sale systems and handling cash transactions
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and offer assistance to help them find the products they need
- Provide product information, features, and benefits to customers
- Build rapport and establish a positive shopping experience for customers
- Guide customers through the purchasing process, including product selection, upselling, and payment
- Meet and exceed sales targets and goals
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, promotions, and company policies
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally and promptly
- Collaborate with team members to achieve overall sales objectives
- Assist in merchandising and maintaining the cleanliness and visual appeal of the sales floor
Requirements:
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects, as needed
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
