As an Automotive Sales Consultant with Hesser Toyota, you will assist Customers with selecting a vehicle that they love to drive and fully meets the needs of their Family. No Automotive Experience is Necessary, our experienced collaborative Team will provide you with the training to succeed upon hire. With the on-the-job training you will gain an exceptional vehicle knowledge base to provide customers with accurate information throughout the buying process. We strive to create a one-of-a-kind non-traditional Customer experience tailored to exceed Customer expectations. The goal of our team is to build long lasting positive relationships with customers throughout the greater Janesville Communities.

No Automotive Experience Necessary – Training Provided Upon Hire

Responsibilities:

• Greet and offer assistance to customers in a friendly engaging manner
• Build relationships with customers by taking a genuine interest with a service-minded mentality
• Exhibit a high level of commitment to customer satisfaction
• Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by utilizing effective communication and listening skills
• Demonstrate vehicle features to customers
• Introduce customers to the service department personnel, emphasizing the quality and efficiency of the service department
• Utilize organizational skills to follow up with customers creating a caring relationship to ensure repeat business
• Accurately complete required paperwork
• Ability to function as part of a team and independently

Skills:

• Verbal and written communication skills
• Positive, friendly genuine personality
• Bilingual (Spanish) Preferred
• Organized and detail oriented
• Willingness to learn and adapt with an evolving industry

Salary: Salary + Commission

Hours: 5 day work week, Monday – Saturday with a day off during the week. Ability to be flexible if needed.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
