- Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries and resolving issues promptly and efficiently
- Assist customers with product selection, order placement, and tracking
- Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales opportunities
- Maintain accurate customer records and update information as needed
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
- Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions or escalate to management when necessary

- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
- Basic math skills for processing payments and providing accurate pricing information
- Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a sales environment

- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Knowledge of electronics or technology sales is a plus
- Multilingual abilities are highly desirable
