Duties and Responsibilities (including but not limited to):
- Greet and serve customers store-wide or on the phone in a friendly, polite, and professional matter.
- Maintain customer service as TOP priority; attend to customers who may need assistance and provide appropriate and helpful information.
- Demonstrate/explain how to use merchandise so the customer feels comfortable with your knowledge and the products.
- Answer calls for assistance from other team members and ensure quality customer service is provided to every guest.
- Assist in unloading, loading, merchandising, and putting away stock on delivery days and update all pricing related thereto.
- Perform all in-store services and/or cash register operations within training period.
- Perform all other Sales Associate duties as assigned by Management.
Minimum Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand for an extended period of time, walk, reach, and bend.
- Move, lift, and handle merchandise and fixtures that are at least 40 pounds.
Other Requirements:
- Must be available to work weekends.
- Punctual, reliable, friendly.
- Reliable form of transportation.
- Must be 18 or older to perform all in-store services.
