Advancement Opportunities: We are looking to fill this Gas station cashier position with career advancements within the company to Shift lead or Supervisor.

Holmen BP/ Quick Stop is seeking a positive, motivated customer service minded Convenience Store Associate. We offer a casual and collaborative work environment nestled in Holmen, WI.

Only Your contributions will include:

• Greet customers in a friendly and polite manner upon their arrival .
• Assist customers with requests in store.
• Wait on customers and complete transactions of purchases providing high quality customer service.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the entire premises, including outside, inside, restrooms.
• Stock and face inventory in the cooler, in displays and on product shelving.
• Stock beverage area and ensure cleanliness at all times.
• Balance cash drawer at end of each shift.
• Count and report house charges, lottery tickets and safe drops.
• Ensure task list is completed for each shift worked.
• Observes safety and security procedures.

To be successful in this opportunity, you will need:

• 1-3 months customer service experience is preferred.
• 1-3 months experience with operating Point of Sale registers, , gas pumps and lottery sales equipment is preferred.
• 1-3 months experience in cash handling is preferred.
• Outstanding customer service skills when interacting with customers in both verbal & written interaction is required.
• Demonstrated ability to problem solve and adjust priorities quickly.
• Demonstrated ability to uphold organizational values and work ethically and with integrity.
• Must be dependable and accountable in all actions.
• Must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment drug screen and background screen.
