Aloha International Employment, Inc. is a full service employment agency providing Staffing Services (Temp, Temp-to-hire, and Direct Hire) and PEO Services.
Duties
- Greet customers and assist them in finding the right products
- Provide product information and answer any questions or concerns
- Assist customers with purchases, including processing transactions through the POS system
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Meet or exceed sales goals on a regular basis
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends
- Handle customer complaints or issues in a professional manner
- Collaborate with team members to achieve overall store success
Experience
- Previous experience in sales, preferably in a retail environment
- Knowledge of technical sales, electronics sales, wireless sales, or jewelry sales is a plus
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers
- Basic math skills for processing transactions and handling cash
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 per hour
Shift:
- Evening shift
- Morning shift
Weekly day range:
- Every weekend
- Monday to Friday
Ability to Relocate:
- Kahului, HI: Relocate before starting work (Required)
